3. Who we share data with
We share data only with parties needed to run the shop: Shopify (hosting platform), PostNL (delivery), payment providers, our email/newsletter provider, our booking and review apps, and Google (analytics), each under data processing agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA (for example Google in the United States), transfers are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.
4. Cookies
We use functional cookies (needed for the cart and checkout — always on), and, only after your consent via the cookie banner, analytics cookies (Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation enabled) and any marketing cookies. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer, and additionally manage cookies in your browser settings.
5. Retention
We keep order data for 7 years (tax law), newsletter data until you unsubscribe, booking data for up to 12 months after your visit, and analytics data for a maximum of 14 months.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, and object to processing, by emailing info@monnaturelbymuriel.com. We respond within one month and may ask you to verify your identity first. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
7. Security
Our site runs over HTTPS; payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
