1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We do not process orders on weekends or Dutch public holidays. During busy periods processing times may be slightly longer.

Netherlands: €8,95 - Orders over €150: Free shipping In the Netherlands
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
3. Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched please allow the following delivery times:
Netherlands: 3 business days EU: 1–5 business days UK: 1–5 business days Africa: 1–7 business days USA: 1–7 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times. Mon Naturel by Muriel is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide including the Netherlands, EU, UK, Africa, and the USA. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country contact us at info@monnaturelbymuriel.com before placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to follow your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at info@monnaturelbymuriel.com.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@monnaturelbymuriel.com with:

We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Due to the personal nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or delivered items. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our products and ensures that every customer receives items that have been handled and stored according to our quality standards.
