Our products

Is Mon Naturel By Muriel suitable for all skin types?

Our products work for all skin types, from normal to very dry and everything in between, including sensitive skin. If you have sensitive skin or any skin concerns, we recommend patch testing on a small area of skin.

Returns & Exchange

If an item doesn't fit or I'm not happy, can I return it or swap it?

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days according to EU consumer rules.

Order

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All NL & EU orders will be dispatched from the Netherlands. Our standard shipping is 3-5 working days.

International orders outside the EU generally take 7–12 business days to arrive, although delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination country.

.Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

Please note that additional items cannot be added to an existing order after it has been placed. If you would like to purchase more products, you will need to place a separate order.
