1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We do not process orders on weekends or Dutch public holidays. During busy periods processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Costs

Netherlands: €8,95  -  Orders over €150: Free shipping In the Netherlands 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

3. Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched please allow the following delivery times:

Netherlands: 3 business days EU: 1–5 business days UK: 1–5 business days Africa: 1–7 business days USA: 1–7 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times. Mon Naturel by Muriel is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide including the Netherlands, EU, UK, Africa, and the USA. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country contact us at info@monnaturelbymuriel.com before placing your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to follow your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at info@monnaturelbymuriel.com.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@monnaturelbymuriel.com with:

Your order number Photos of the damaged or incorrect item Your delivery address

We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

7. Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days according to EU consumer rules.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order — only if the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. To exercise this right contact us at info@monnaturelbymuriel.com within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Please note: Opened beauty products are exempt from withdrawal rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(e) — for hygiene reasons.
