By using this website you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms. Mon Naturel by Muriel reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.

2. Products & Availability

All products sold on this website are physical beauty and personal care products. We reserve the right to limit quantities, change prices, or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable under Dutch law. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

4. Orders & Processing

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — your order is confirmed once dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from the Netherlands worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — personal care and beauty items — we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. This applies to all orders including opened and unopened products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@monnaturelbymuriel.com with your order number and photos. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery Photographic evidence is required for all damage claims Replacements or store credit are issued at our discretion We do not offer cash refunds except where required by Dutch consumer law

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order — only if the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. To exercise this right contact us at info@monnaturelbymuriel.com within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Please note: Opened beauty products are exempt from withdrawal rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(e) — for hygiene reasons.

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Mon Naturel by Muriel. You may not use or reproduce any content without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

Our products are for external use only. They are not intended to treat or cure any medical condition. Always patch test before first use. We are not liable for reactions caused by misuse or failure to follow usage instructions.
