These Terms of Service apply to all users of monnaturelbymuriel.com. By using this website you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms. Mon Naturel by Muriel reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.

All products sold on this website are physical beauty and personal care products. We reserve the right to limit quantities, change prices, or discontinue products at any time. Products are subject to availability. Product images may slightly differ from the actual product. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable under Dutch law. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice. Promotional prices are valid during the stated period only. Payments are processed securely — we do not store card details.

4. Orders

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. Your order is confirmed once dispatched. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We cannot modify or cancel orders once dispatched. Make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

5. Shipping

We ship from the Netherlands worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

6. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — personal care and beauty items — we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. This applies to all orders including opened and unopened products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@monnaturelbymuriel.com with your order number and photos. We will assess each case individually.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order — only if the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. To exercise this right contact us at info@monnaturelbymuriel.com within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Please note: Opened beauty products are exempt from withdrawal rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(e) — for hygiene reasons.
