Shipping Policy - Ex-Works

Thank you for choosing Mon naturel by Muriel for your skincare needs. Please review our shipping policy for orders shipped Ex-Works:

Ex-Works Definition: Ex-Works (EXW) is an international trade term indicating that the seller is responsible for making the goods available at their premises or another named place. The buyer is responsible for arranging pickup, transportation, insurance, and all associated costs and risks from that point onwards.

Order Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will process it promptly. Orders will be made available for pickup at our designated premises within [number of business days] business days unless otherwise stated.

Pickup Instructions: Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive detailed pickup instructions, including the address of our premises and contact information. It is your responsibility to arrange for pickup and transportation of the goods from our premises.

Customs Clearance and Documentation: It is your responsibility to handle all customs clearance procedures and provide any necessary documentation for the export of goods from our premises. We will provide any relevant commercial invoices or export documentation required.

Risk of Loss or Damage: Once the goods are made available for pickup at our premises, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you as the buyer. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delays incurred during transportation from our premises to your designated location.

Order Tracking: While we do not provide tracking services for shipments arranged by the buyer, we can assist with providing proof of delivery or other documentation upon request.
